We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

The device packs

Clean Your TV sells lists and commands that you run yourself on your own television. They are adapted from community-tested lists published under the MIT licence and we have not tested every model. Changing a TV's software can affect its warranty, can stop features working and, if you disable something the TV depends on, can leave it unusable until you undo the change. You run the commands at your own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from their use, to the extent the law allows. Disabled packages can be switched back on with the undo commands we provide, and a factory reset restores the original state.

Purchases

A purchase is a one-time payment of the price shown at checkout and unlocks the model packs on your account. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

Independence

Clean Your TV is independent. It is not the official CleanYourTV project and is not affiliated with any TV manufacturer or with Google.
