Seven days, no questions

Clean Your TV is a one-time $9.90 purchase that unlocks the device packs for every model on the site. If it does not help you, email us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

How to ask

Send a message to the contact address in the footer from the email address on your account. Tell us the TV model you tried. You do not need to explain further, although knowing what went wrong helps us fix the pack.

What happens after a refund

Your access to the packs is switched off when the refund is issued. Refunds usually reach the card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What the packs are, and are not

The packs are lists and commands you run yourself. They are adapted from community-tested lists in an open-source project and we have not tested every model ourselves. We do not guarantee the result on a specific TV, which is why the refund window exists.

After 7 days

After 7 days we do not refund by default. If something was wrong with a pack, contact us anyway and we will look at it.
